Call for Abstracts Extended: Mid-Atlantic Water Resources Conf.

The deadline to submit abstracts for the 2017 Mid-Atlantic Water Resources Conference has been extended to June 1, 2017. To submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation, visit the conference website at www.midatlanticwrc.org.

The conference will be held October 12-13, 2017 at the National Conservation Training Center (pictured below) in Shepherdstown, W.Va. The theme for the conference is “Water Research: Building Knowledge and Innovative Solutions.”

Researchers from colleges and universities, state and federal agencies, private organizations, consulting firms, and industry are invited to submit abstracts for consideration for oral or poster presentation. Abstracts for basic and applied research papers are being solicited in all areas related to water resources including infrastructure, energy, monitoring, policy, supply, technology, water quality, and others.

The 2017 Mid-Atlantic Water Resources Conference is a collaborative effort of the Delaware Water Resources Center at the University of Delaware, Pennsylvania Water Resources Research Center at Pennsylvania State University, Virginia Water Resources Research Center at Virginia Tech, New York State Water Resources Institute at Cornell University, and the West Virginia Water Research Institute at West Virginia University.
